Melt Spinning Fiber Resin

Melt Spinning Fiber Resin :

Melt spinning is a precision fiber manufacturing process in which biopolymer resins are melted and extruded through a multi-hole spinneret to form continuous filaments. As the molten polymer exits the spinneret, the filaments are cooled and solidified using chilled air, then mechanically drawn to align polymer chains and improve strength, elongation, and consistency. This process enables the creation of biodegradable fibers with excellent uniformity and mechanical properties.

These fibers are used in a wide range of textile and technical applications, especially where compostability and environmental impact are key concerns.
